Are you interested in learning how to cook and eat healthier? This workshop is for you! All of the recipes are simple to make and will get you started on your journey to better eating.
Learn how to make your own healthy meal staples, from scratch. Store bought products contain so many artificial ingredients and preservatives.
In this class, you will learn how to prep for and prepare all the recipes. We will discuss the ingredients, how to create a shopping list and where to buy products, where to get organic vegetables direct from the farms and how to use any kitchen equipment. You will learn nutritional information associated with each recipe and eating healthier in general.
Every student gets a booklet with all the recipes so you can make them easily at home. This class is excellent for beginners or novice cooks. Experienced cooks will enjoy it too as there is so much to learn about eating healthy.
There will also be a selection of raw treats available for sale: Kale Chips, Raw Crackers, Energy Balls and Raw Granola.
